At PreSonus, we are committed to your creative success and offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our online store. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware or software purchase, we provide a streamlined process for refunds and technical support evaluations.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Log into your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
